Major drawback is holding of drinking pipe mouth piece. While riding one cannot unplug and then drink & plug on the go with gloves onn. Purpose not solved if used while riding.

Also, I have to mention about service quality of guys at Raida. The hydration pouch received by me had water condensation on it and they happily replaced it without any fuss. Keep it up guys.

Product is really good quality, great stitching of the bag, bladder is amazing and Eco-friendly, perfect for all riders, I have already made a video and shared on my YouTube channel Green Roars, watch it and do Subscribe… Only the issue was with the package delivery as the company Delhivery is ignorant, delays it and updates fake remarks of failed delivery.

overall i like it… 1 star less because …it should have adjustable shoulder straps…as i sometimes feel it is falling from my left shoulder…should post a detailed video on youtube about its usage. For example I dont know the usage of the 2 black stretch bands given at the top front. Also it should have a waterproof compartments for phone n wallet or important papers.
Also I feel the pipe should be short and positioned or fixed in the the shoulder strap itself rather than to hook across to the right strap.
If you feel these changes are important and if you make it …I will probably buy that one. Am grateful to have this hydration bag…as no one is providing these bags at this rate. keep up the good work.

1) 2 Black stretch bands are to hold a trekking stick or tripod in case you plan to trek.
2) You can access the pipe comfortably even after taking off the bag, hence the long pipe.
Regarding waterproof and adjustable shoulders, your feedback is duly noted and will consider in our new launch.

I recently received the Hydrapack, and I didn’t get a chance to use it yet because of the lockdown.
But, the bag looks sturdy and well built. Ample amount of space to pack your essentials. (Wallet, sunglasses, phone, keys etc)
The water bladder is made from high quality component, and the rest of the pieces look pretty spot on.
The Delrin clips/side release buckles look flimsy, though. Not that strong.
all in all, it’s a very good product!
