Warranty Policy
Warranty, Return & Exchange Policy
Raida Rain Gear is designed for urban and touring riders seeking lightweight protection during unpredictable weather. To ensure a clear understanding of our policies, please read the warranty and return terms carefully.
6-Month Limited Warranty
Raida Rain Jackets and Pants are covered under a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
What’s Covered:
- Defective seams, zippers, or velcro
- Faulty elastic closures, drawcords, or button fasteners
- Stitching failure under normal riding use
If a valid defect is identified within the warranty period, Raida will repair or replace the product at its discretion.
What’s Not Covered:
- Water seepage during heavy or prolonged rain (these are water-resistant, not 100% waterproof under extreme conditions)
- Damage from wear and tear, abrasions, or accidents
- Fading or peeling of reflective prints due to friction or washing
- Discoloration from sweat, sun, or detergent exposure
- Cracks, aging, or brittleness of the fabric due to poor storage (e.g. storing when wet)
- Damage from machine washing, wringing, or ironing
- Improper fit, discomfort, or dissatisfaction after use
- Third-party alterations or repairs
This warranty is valid only for purchases made on the official Raida website or from authorized dealers, and is non-transferable.
Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure your rain gear fits and functions as expected. However, please note the following conditions:
Return Window
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoice intact
- Prior approval from Raida is mandatory for all returns or exchanges
Exchanges
- One free size exchange is allowed within the 7-day window, subject to availability
- Additional exchanges may be subject to shipping charges
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless due to a Raida shipping error
Refund Policy
- Refunds are not allowed
- Only store credit will be issued for approved returns, redeemable on:
- In rare exceptions where a refund is granted (at Raida’s discretion), a ₹450 restocking and processing fee will be deducted
Claim Process
To initiate a return or warranty claim, email support@raidagears.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the defect clearly
You will receive a response within 5–7 business days.
Important Notes
- Do not machine wash, iron, or store rain gear when wet — doing so will void the warranty
- Raida is not responsible for damage due to improper use or handling
- Unauthorized returns will not be processed
- Warranty repairs, if approved, may take up to 20–30 business days
