No Return Policy (Hygiene Clause)

Due to the intimate nature of the Raida Compression Arm Sleeves and for strict hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and opened. This policy is in place to ensure that every customer receives a brand-new, unused garment.

Replacement Eligibility

We understand that errors can happen. We will provide a free replacement under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong color or wrong size compared to what you ordered
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

How to Request a Replacement

2. Provide Details: Include your order number, photos of the received item (showing tags and packaging), and a description of the issue
3. Review & Resolution: Once verified, we will initiate a free replacement for the correct item. No returns will be accepted unless the issue qualifies under this clause.
