Raida Aeroprix Racing Boots come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects in stitching, sole bonding, or buckles
• Premature failure of Velcro, straps, or closure systems
• Material separation under normal riding use
• Faulty shank, footbed, or internal padding due to manufacturing issues

If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, Raida will repair or replace the boots at its sole discretion.

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage from crashes, falls, or impact during off-road use (these are protective, not indestructible)
• Wear and tear from normal or aggressive riding
• Sole wear from gear shifting, walking, or footpegs
• Damage caused by water immersion, pressure washing, or drying under direct heat
• Buckle breakage due to over-tightening or forceful handling
• Leather or PU discoloration, fading, or wrinkling due to sun, water, or sweat
• Mold or odor caused by storing boots when damp
• Improper fit, comfort issues, or stiffness after use (break-in time varies by rider)
• Unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs

Note: These boots are not waterproof. Exposure to water, slush, or river crossings may lead to moisture ingress. This is not considered a defect.

Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to purchases made through the Raida website or authorized dealers.

Due to the technical nature of this product, we allow exchanges under specific conditions.

Return Window

• Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoice intact
• Approval from Raida support team is mandatory before initiating any return

Exchange Policy

• One-time size exchange is allowed within 48 hours of delivery
• Subject to stock availability and inspection
• Return shipping must be arranged by the customer unless the error is from Raida

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not allowed
• Store credit will be issued for approved returns, redeemable only on:
  • raidagears.com
  • Raida exclusive retail outlets
• In rare exceptions where a refund is approved (at Raida’s discretion), a ₹650 restocking & handling fee will be deducted

How to File a Warranty or Return Claim

Please email support@raidagears.com with:

• Order ID
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos/videos showing the problem area

Our team will respond within 5–7 business days with next steps. If a return for inspection is required, instructions will be shared.

Important Notes

• Do not machine wash or dry the boots under direct heat
• Use only mild cleaning and air-drying methods
• Warranty inspection and repair may take 20–30 business days
• Warranty is void if product is used in conditions beyond its intended purpose (e.g., water crossings, racing crashes, etc.)
