All Raida motorcycle luggage products are covered under a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects in zippers, stitching, or buckles
• Faulty or misaligned mounting straps, loops, or adjusters
• Fabric delamination due to poor bonding (non-external cause)
• Water leakage from waterproof models only when used correctly and without damage

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage due to misuse, overpacking, or improper installation
• Abrasion or tearing caused by contact with sharp or hot surfaces (e.g., exhaust, grab rails, tire rub)
• Color fading, stains, or discoloration due to sunlight, water, fuel, or sweat
• Water seepage or leakage in non-waterproof models (such as semi-water-resistant bags)
• Damage from storing wet gear, mold build-up, or mildew
• Broken buckles or straps due to excessive tension or incorrect mounting
• Any loss of belongings or contents kept inside the luggage
• Damage due to accidents, drops, or third-party modifications
• Waterproof performance compromised due to cuts, abrasion, or overuse

Waterproof bags are designed to resist moderate to heavy rain under normal riding conditions. However, submersion, washing machine cleaning, or use of sharp tools will void waterproof protection claims.

Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to items purchased through the official Raida website or authorized dealers.

We understand that choosing luggage can be subjective. However, due to the nature of riding gear, we follow strict guidelines:

 Return Window

• Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery
• Products must be unused, with original tags, packaging, and invoice intact
• Items returned without approval will not be processed

Exchange Policy

• One-time size/model exchange (if applicable) allowed within the 48-hour window
• Subject to stock availability and inspection of returned item
• Shipping costs for returning the item are to be borne by the customer

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not allowed
• Store credit will be issued upon approved return, valid only at:
  • raidagears.com
  • Official Raida stores
• In rare approved cases of refund (discretion of Raida), a ₹450 restocking & handling fee will be deducted from the total value

Warranty & Return Claim Process

To raise a claim, email support@backup.raidagears.com with:

• Order ID
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos of the product and the defect

Our team will respond within 5–7 business days and guide the next steps. Warranty inspection and repairs (if approved) may take up to 20–30 working days.

Important Notes

• Improper mounting or ignoring product usage instructions will void warranty
• Waterproofing claims are invalid if bag is punctured, torn, overstuffed, or not rolled/closed properly
• Claims related to cosmetic wear after use are not entertained
• Any unauthorized modifications or repairs will void all warranties
