Warranty, Return & Exchange Policy
Revlox Mobile Mounts are engineered for riders who need secure, stable, and quick access to their smartphones while on the move. Please review our warranty, return, and exchange policy carefully to understand what is and isn’t covered.
1 Year-Limited Warranty
All Revlox Mobile Mounts are backed by a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects only.
What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in the mount mechanism, clamps, or locking system
- Faulty adjustment knobs, vibration dampers, or mounting arms
- Issues with build quality or internal part failure under normal riding use
If a defect is verified, Revlox will repair or replace the mount at its sole discretion.
What’s Not Covered:
- Phones falling or damage to devices due to improper mounting or overloading (e.g., exceeding size/weight limit)
- Damage caused by high-impact falls, off-road usage, or crash incidents
- Wear and tear of rubber grips, tension springs, or vibration pads due to prolonged use
- Rusting, fading, or weather-related surface changes (e.g., UV, rain)
- Use of unauthorized accessories or modifications
- Loosening due to improper installation, non-compatible handlebars, or overtightening
- Loss or damage of the mount or phone due to negligence or theft
- Damage from chemical exposure, fuel, or water submersion
This warranty is valid only for purchases made on the official raidagears.com website or from authorized Revlox partners, and is non-transferable.
Return & Exchange Policy
We’re committed to customer satisfaction but also maintain a strict policy to avoid misuse and wear-based returns.
Return Window
- Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, invoice, and packaging intact
- Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted
Exchange Policy
- One-time exchange is allowed within 48 hours if an incorrect model was ordered
- Subject to inspection and stock availability
- Return shipping is to be arranged by the customer unless the error was from our side
Refund Policy
- Refunds are not permitted
- Only store credit will be issued upon an approved return, valid for use on:
- In exceptional cases, if a refund is approved, ₹250 will be deducted as a restocking and handling fee
Claim Process
To initiate a warranty or return claim, please email support@raidagears.com with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos clearly showing the defect
Our team will respond within 3–5 working days with next steps.
Important Notes
- Ensure correct installation using the user manual to avoid mount failure
- Not intended for use with phones larger than recommended size or with heavy cases
- Warranty processing may take up to 15–20 business days
- Claims without proper documentation will be rejected
- Any unauthorized alteration voids warranty
