Warranty Policy
Our bag covers are designed to offer lightweight, convenient protection for your backpack or luggage in light weather conditions. Please read this policy carefully to understand what is and isn’t covered under warranty.
Important Notice: Water Protection Disclaimer
Raida Bag Covers are splash-resistant and designed to offer protection from:
- Light rain
- Water splashes
- Dust and minor debris
However, they are not waterproof and do not provide protection from:
- Heavy or prolonged rain
- Water seepage or leakage through zippers or seams
- Submersion or water pressure
Therefore, no warranty claim will be accepted for water ingress, leakage, or seepage under any circumstances.
Limited Warranty Coverage
We offer a 3-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, applicable only for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Defective stitching or seam construction
- Broken or damaged elastic or fastening components (within normal use)
What’s Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover:
- Water leakage or seepage from any area of the cover
- Damage due to improper usage, over-stretching, or mishandling
- Normal wear and tear, scuffs, fading, or degradation due to sunlight or moisture
- Damage caused by use in extreme weather conditions or prolonged exposure to rain
- Any claim related to water damage of items stored inside the bag
Warranty Claim Process
- Contact Support: Email support@raidagears.com with your order number, issue description, and clear images of the defect.
- Assessment: Our support team will assess the claim and respond within 5–7 working days.
- Resolution: If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or repair at our discretion.
Return Window
- Returns/Exchanges: Only accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
- Used or damaged covers will not be accepted for return unless there’s a valid manufacturing defect.
