Raida thermal base layer adds an extra layer of soothing warmth to keep the body comfortable if worn inside the Riding Jacket & Pants. Thermal Baselayers are perfect thermal wear that can be worn beneath your riding jacket and Pants and also as outerwear.

Return & Replacement Policy
At Raida, your comfort and hygiene are our top priorities. Our base layers are designed to be worn close to the skin, offering maximum performance for riding, fitness, and daily activities.
No Return Policy (Hygiene Clause)
Due to the intimate nature of the Raida Base Layer and for strict hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and opened. This policy is in place to ensure that every customer receives a brand-new, unused garment.
Replacement Eligibility
We understand that errors can happen. We will provide a free replacement under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong color or wrong size compared to what you ordered
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
How to Request a Replacement
- Contact Us: Email support@raidagears.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide Details: Include your order number, photos of the received item (showing tags and packaging), and a description of the issue
- Review & Resolution: Once verified, we will initiate a free replacement for the correct item. No returns will be accepted unless the issue qualifies under this clause.
Important Notes
- No replacements or exchanges will be processed for used, washed, or altered base layers
- Returns due to fit or personal comfort preferences are not eligible
- This policy applies only to purchases made directly from the Raida website or authorized partners
