All Raida knee guards and elbow guards are backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only.

What is Covered:

• Stitching defects or unravelling
• Premature failure of Velcro straps, elastic straps, hooks, or closures
• Padding or protective shell detachment
• Bonding or construction failure due to a manufacturing fault

What is Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to accidents, crashes, improper use, or care
• Scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic wear from regular usage
• Damage caused by excessive pulling, stretching, or incorrect fastening
• Fading, discoloration, or abrasion from usage or sun exposure
• Comfort, feel, or fitment issues after usage
• Damage caused by washing, chemical exposure, or heat
• Any modification or alteration made to the product
• Cuts, tears, or impact damage caused during a fall or crash

Warranty Claim Process:

with your invoice and clear photos/videos of the defect.
Our team will review and respond within 24-48hrs.
Upon approval, we will repair, replace, or issue store credit — at our discretion.

• We accept exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery for unused products in original packaging, with tags intact.
• No refunds will be issued.
• If approved, you will receive a store credit redeemable only on the Raida website or Raida physical store.
• In case of exceptional refund approval, a ₹350 deduction will be applied as processing and handling fee.
• Return shipping costs, if any, must be borne by the customer unless the product was sent incorrectly or is defective.

• Warranty and exchange are valid only for purchases made via official website or authorized Raida dealers.
• The final decision on warranty and exchange eligibility lies solely with Raida Gear.
