Raida UrbanR Jeans are designed for the modern motorcyclist — crafted using Armalith® fabric, one of the world’s strongest single-layer denims, combining everyday comfort with exceptional abrasion resistance.

Limited Warranty – 6 Months

Raida offers a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

 What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects in stitching, construction, or armor pockets
• Defective zippers, buttons, or rivets
• Premature material failure of Armalith® fabric not caused by external damage
• Seam splits under regular riding conditions

If your claim is approved, Raida will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

 What’s Not Covered:

• Damage from accidents, crashes, or improper use
• Water damage, chemical exposure, or misuse
• Fading, softening, or wear and tear from regular usage
• Comfort or fit-related issues (see return policy below)
• Damage caused by improper washing or maintenance
• Armor inserts (unless separately warranted)
• Altered or modified jeans
• Wear in high-friction zones (thighs, knees, seat) due to natural use

Warranty Claim Process

1. Email us at support@raidagears.com with your order ID, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
2. Our team will review your claim within 5–7 business days.
3. If eligible, Raida will offer a repair or replacement. Repairs may take 15–25 working days depending on the issue.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the protective nature of motorcycle riding gear, we maintain a strict policy to ensure the safety and hygiene of all customers.

Returns are accepted if:

• Requested within 7 days of delivery
• The jeans are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
• You received a wrong size, color, or item

Returns are not accepted if:

• The jeans have been worn, washed, or altered
• The return is due to personal preferences like comfort or style after use
• The item was not purchased from Raida’s website or authorized dealers

Exchange Process:

If you ordered the wrong size, we offer a one-time exchange provided the product is returned in unused, sellable condition. Shipping costs for sending the item back to us will be borne by the customer.
