All Raida Riding Jackets and Pants are covered under a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies strictly to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects in stitching, zippers, or Velcro
• Faulty buttons, snaps, or adjusters
• Improper bonding or detachment of armor compartments
• Seam failure under normal use

If a valid defect is found, Raida will repair or replace the product at its sole discretion, free of charge.

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage from normal wear and tear
• Fading, discoloration, or minor pilling of fabrics
• Damage from accidents, crashes, or misuse
• Loss of comfort, ventilation, or fit due to prolonged use
• Water leakage, unless specified as waterproof
• Damage from machine washing, chemical exposure, or high-heat drying
• Alterations, third-party repairs, or unauthorized modifications
• Reflective element peeling or armor damage caused by impact or pressure
• Personal loss (e.g., time, usage interruption, or incidental expenses)

This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for purchases made from the Raida website or authorized Raida dealers.

• In rare exceptions where a refund is approved at Raida’s discretion, a ₹450 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping, handling, and processing charges.

Warranty or Return Claim Process

To initiate a return or warranty claim, please email support@raidagears.com with:

• Order ID
• A short description of the issue
• Photos/videos clearly showing the problem

Our team will respond within 5–7 business days with further instructions.

Additional Notes

• Unauthorized returns or returns without approval will not be accepted.
• Warranty repairs may take 20–30 business days.
• Store credit will be processed only after returned items pass full inspection.
• Raida reserves the right to deny warranty or return claims that don’t meet the terms stated above.

  Remove any armor or protective inserts before cleaning. Shake out loose dirt and debris.
• Step 2: Hand Washing or Machine Washing
  Check the care label for washing instructions. If machine washable, use a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. For hand washing, soak the gear in soapy water and gently scrub with a soft sponge. Avoid fabric softeners as they can damage waterproof coatings.
• Step 3: Drying
  Hang the gear to air dry in a shaded area. Avoid wringing or using a dryer to prevent damage to the fabric and coatings.

• Step 1: Zippers and Fasteners
  Check all zippers, buttons, and Velcro for functionality. Replace or repair damaged fasteners promptly.
• Step 2: Seams and Stitching
  Look for loose threads or frayed seams, especially in high-stress areas like elbows, shoulders, and knees.
• Step 3: Armor and Padding
  Ensure the protective armor in your gear is intact, properly positioned, and not cracked or deformed.

Proper storage is key to preserving your motorcycle jackets and pants when not in use.

• Step 1: Clean Before Storage
  Always clean and dry your gear before storing it to prevent mold and odors.
• Step 2: Use a Garment Hanger
  Hang jackets on a sturdy hanger to maintain their shape. For pants, fold them neatly or hang them if possible.
• Step 3: Storage Environment
  Store your gear in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, humidity, and heat sources. Avoid compressing leather gear, as this can cause creases and cracks.
