Warranty, Return & Exchange Policy
Raida Riding Jackets and Pants are designed to offer protection, performance, and comfort for serious riders. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
1-Year Limited Warranty
All Raida Riding Jackets and Pants are covered under a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies strictly to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in stitching, zippers, or Velcro
- Faulty buttons, snaps, or adjusters
- Improper bonding or detachment of armor compartments
- Seam failure under normal use
If a valid defect is found, Raida will repair or replace the product at its sole discretion, free of charge.
What’s Not Covered:
- Damage from normal wear and tear
- Fading, discoloration, or minor pilling of fabrics
- Damage from accidents, crashes, or misuse
- Loss of comfort, ventilation, or fit due to prolonged use
- Water leakage, unless specified as waterproof
- Damage from machine washing, chemical exposure, or high-heat drying
- Alterations, third-party repairs, or unauthorized modifications
- Reflective element peeling or armor damage caused by impact or pressure
- Personal loss (e.g., time, usage interruption, or incidental expenses)
This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for purchases made from the Raida website or authorized Raida dealers.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer flexible exchanges to help you get the right fit, but maintain a no refund policy to streamline processing and minimize logistics costs.
Return Window
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and invoice intact.
- Prior approval from Raida customer support is mandatory before initiating any return.
Exchanges
- One-time free size exchange is allowed within the 7-day window, subject to stock availability.
- Additional exchange attempts may incur shipping charges.
- Return shipping to Raida is to be arranged and paid for by the customer.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are not allowed. We issue store credit only, valid for use on:
- In rare exceptions where a refund is approved at Raida’s discretion, a ₹450 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping, handling, and processing charges.
Warranty or Return Claim Process
To initiate a return or warranty claim, please email support@raidagears.com with:
- Order ID
- A short description of the issue
- Photos/videos clearly showing the problem
Our team will respond within 5–7 business days with further instructions.
Additional Notes
- Unauthorized returns or returns without approval will not be accepted.
- Warranty repairs may take 20–30 business days.
- Store credit will be processed only after returned items pass full inspection.
- Raida reserves the right to deny warranty or return claims that don’t meet the terms stated above.
