We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, there is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchange only once.
At the same time, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then the policy provides for extending full refund or re-fulfilling the order
Exchange item would only be excepted as long as the product has not been used and all main packaging is intact.
To exchange a product or report a damage in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 business hours.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Products bought online cannot be exchanged in store.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
