Warranty Coverage

  • Defects in Materials and Workmanship: If your product fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, Raida will initially attempt to repair it. If repair is not possible, we will replace the product with a similar item at our discretion.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, improper use, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time. Fitment and comfort are subjective and not covered under this warranty. Customers are strongly encouraged to consider these factors before purchasing and to refer to Raida’s fitment instructions and video.

Additional Information

  • Environmental Factors: Fading of fabrics and degradation of plastic fittings, Velcro, and leather can occur due to environmental factors like moisture and sunlight exposure. Zippers may become stuck due to dirt; regular cleaning and lubrication are recommended for longevity.
  • Incidental or Consequential Loss: The warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential loss to personal property.
  • Authorized Purchases Only: Warranty coverage applies only to purchases made directly from raidagears.com or authorized dealers. Warranty will not be applicable on products bought on discounts.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact Support: Email support@raidagears.com with a detailed explanation of the issue and supporting images. If the product is not registered for warranty on the website, proof of purchase, such as a tax invoice or an order number, is required.
  2. Return Shipping: If covered, send the item(s) to Raida via INDIAPOST. Raida will reimburse the shipping amount as store credit, redeemable on our website or brand store for your next purchase. This credit is valid for 6 months.
  3. Resolution: You will receive confirmation on your warranty claim, and either a repair or replacement will be offered at Raida’s discretion. Any repair will take a minimum of 25-30 days.
  4. Non-Covered Issues: If the product is not covered under warranty, Raida will offer to repair the product at a fair cost if possible.
