Warranty Policy

Raida Bike Covers are designed to shield your motorcycle from dust, sunlight, and mild weather conditions. Please review the warranty and coverage policy below to understand what is and isn’t covered.

Important Notice: Water Protection Disclaimer

Raida Bike Covers offer basic splash protection and are suitable for:

• Dust and debris protection
• UV and sunlight exposure
• Mild rain or occasional splashes

However, they are not fully waterproof and do not offer complete protection in the following conditions:

• Heavy or prolonged rain
• Continuous water exposure or flooding
• Moisture build-up from condensation under the cover

As such, no warranty claims will be entertained for leakage, seepage, or water damage to the motorcycle or its components.

Limited Warranty Coverage

Raida Bike Covers come with a 3-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering:

• Manufacturing defects
• Defective stitching or material separation
• Damaged straps, buckles, or elastic (under normal use)

What’s Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover:

• Any kind of water ingress, leakage, or seepage
• Damage due to excessive sun exposure, wear and tear, or prolonged outdoor use
• Fading, tearing, or color changes due to environmental exposure
• Damage caused by incorrect sizing, forceful fitting, or mishandling
• Use in extreme weather conditions (e.g., storms, monsoons, strong winds)
• Personal property damage caused while the bike is covered

Warranty Claim Process

1. Contact Support: Email support@raidagears.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and images showing the problem.
2. Review: Our team will respond within 5–7 working days with an assessment.
3. Resolution: If the defect qualifies under warranty, we will provide a replacement or repair at our discretion.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Return Window: Unused bike covers can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging and unused condition.
• Returns for used, damaged, or water-soaked covers will not be accepted unless a valid manufacturing defect is proven.
