1. Regular Cleaning:
Gently remove dirt, dust, and debris from your gloves after each ride using a soft brush or cloth. This prevents the accumulation of grime that can deteriorate the glove material over time.
2. Hand Washing:
For most motorcycle gloves, hand washing is the best method. Follow these steps:
a. Fill a basin with lukewarm water and add a small amount of mild detergent.
b. Immerse the gloves in the soapy water and gently agitate the water to create a lather.
c. Gently rub the gloves’ surfaces, paying attention to areas with stubborn stains.
d. Rinse the gloves thoroughly with cool water until all soap residue is removed.
e. Gently press the gloves to remove excess water, but do not wring or twist them.
f. Allow the gloves to air dry away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
3. Leather Gloves:
If your motorcycle gloves are made of leather, consider these additional care steps:
a. Use a leather conditioner after washing to maintain the leather’s suppleness and prevent cracking.
b. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight, as it can fade the leather and make it brittle.
c. Store leather gloves in a cool, dry place to prevent mold and mildew growth.
4. Textile Gloves:
For textile motorcycle gloves, follow these guidelines:
a. Check the care label for specific washing instructions, as some textiles may require special care.
b. Velcro closures can damage other fabrics during washing, so secure them before washing.
c. If the gloves have protective armor, make sure to follow manufacturer guidelines for proper removal and reattachment.
5. Armor and Padding:
If your gloves have protective armor or padding, ensure it’s not compromised during washing. Gently clean around these areas and avoid excessive pressure that could shift or damage the protective elements.
6. Avoid Machine Washing:
Machine washing can damage gloves and compromise their structural integrity. Always opt for hand washing to ensure careful handling.
7. Avoid Harsh Chemicals:
Avoid using bleach, solvents, or harsh chemicals as they can damage the glove material and compromise safety features.
8. Sweat and Odor:
If your gloves develop an unpleasant odor, you can sprinkle baking soda inside them and leave it overnight to absorb moisture and odors. Shake out the baking soda before wearing the gloves.
9. Storage:
When not in use, store your gloves in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. This prevents premature aging of the materials.

Warranty Policy
All Raida motorcycle gloves are backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only.
What is Covered:
- Stitching defects or unraveling
- Premature failure of Velcro, zippers, or closures
- Armor or padding detachment
- Bonding or construction failure due to a manufacturing fault
What is Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to accidents, improper use, or care
- Pulling gloves off from non-designated areas (instead of using the pull tab)
- Touchscreen tip fabric peeling or wearing off
- Fading, discoloration, or abrasion from usage or sun exposure
- Comfort, feel, or sizing issues after usage
- Damage caused by washing, chemical exposure, or heat
- Any modification or alteration made to the product
- Crash damage or cuts
Warranty Claim Process:
- Email support@raidagears.com with your invoice and clear photos/videos of the defect.
- Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
- Upon approval, we will repair, replace, or issue store credit—at our discretion.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery for unused products in original packaging, with tags intact.
- No Refunds will be issued.
- If approved, you will receive a store credit redeemable only on the Raida website or Raida physical store.
- In case of exceptional refund approval, a ₹250 deduction will be applied as processing and handling fee.
- Return shipping costs (if any) must be borne by the customer unless the product was sent incorrectly or is defective.

- Warranty and exchange are valid only for purchases made via official website or authorized Raida dealers.
- The final decision on warranty and exchange eligibility lies solely with Raida Gear.
- Raida reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the conditions above.
