Limited Warranty
Our rain jackets and pants come with a limited 3-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects only, starting from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
This limited warranty protects the original purchaser against:
- Defects in stitching
- Faulty zippers or buttons
- Manufacturing-related issues with seams or fabric assembly
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Leakage or seepage of water through fabric, seams, zippers, or ventilation areas
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, abrasion, accidents, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions
- Fading or discoloration of fabric due to sunlight, storage conditions, or washing
- Any subjective concerns such as fit, comfort, or breathability
- Products not purchased directly from our official website or authorized sellers
Please note that rainwear is water-resistant, not waterproof under all conditions. Water ingress during prolonged exposure or under pressure (e.g., during heavy rain or high-speed riding) is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Claim Process
- Initiate Claim: Email our support team at support@raidagears.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear images from multiple angles.
- Review: Our quality team will evaluate the claim and notify you within 7 working days.
- Resolution: If the issue qualifies under warranty, we will either repair or replace the item. If not, we may offer a paid repair option, if feasible.
Important Notes
- Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
- All shipping costs for sending the product to our facility will be borne by the customer. If your claim is approved, we will ship the repaired or replaced item back to you at no extra cost.
