Warranty
6-Month Limited Warranty
Raida Motorcycle Covers come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
What’s Covered:
- Defective stitching, fabric bonding, or elastic hems
- Faulty buckle straps, drawstrings, or attachment loops
- Material defects resulting in premature tearing under normal usage
If a defect is confirmed, Raida will repair or replace the cover at its discretion.
What’s Not Covered:
- Damage from prolonged sun exposure, rain, or high humidity
- Tearing or melting due to contact with hot engine parts or exhaust
- Damage due to improper folding, storage while wet, or heavy wind conditions
- Fading, discoloration, or surface cracking due to UV exposure
- Use with modified bikes, sharp corners, or accessories that cause abrasion
- Mold or mildew due to storing the cover when damp or dirty
- Damage caused by tying down the cover too tightly or forcing it on incorrect bike size
This warranty is valid only for purchases made from the official Raida website or authorized Raida dealers, and is non-transferable.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer limited returns and exchanges for unused products, subject to approval.
Return Window
- Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery
- The cover must be unused, in original packaging, with invoice and tags intact
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
Exchange Policy
- One-time exchange allowed if the wrong size/model was ordered
- Subject to stock availability and product condition check
- Customer is responsible for return shipping (unless the error was from Raida)
Refund Policy
- Refunds are not allowed
- Approved returns will receive store credit only, redeemable on:
- In rare exceptions where a refund is approved at Raida’s discretion, a ₹250 restocking and handling fee will be deducted.
Warranty or Return Claim Process
To raise a warranty or exchange request, email support@raidagears.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the defect clearly
We will respond within 3–5 business days and guide you through the next steps.
Important Notes
- Covers must be used only on cool bikes—contact with hot parts voids warranty
- Do not fold or store the cover while wet
- Machine washing, ironing, or chemical cleaning will void warranty
- Warranty inspection or repairs may take up to 15–20 business days
